HELP, Turbo supply hole stripped!

Long story short, I bought my Aspec 500R used and for who knows, I've stripped the oil supply hole.

My question is, how do I remove the build in "restrictor valve" in the middle of the oil supply hole? When I shine a light on it, I can see there are threads in the middle of this restrictor valve.

Please give your opinion on this and currently it is used -4an fittings for the GT35R turbos. Thanks in advance!

Can I helicoil the oil supply hole? I would like to use the -4AN fitting instead since there isnt much room for anything bigger in size.

I would tap it for a -4 and then tap the inside of the fitting and put my restrictor there instead.

Just got it figured out today.

Have to use a 4mm .7 metric bolt to extra that center restrictive valve.

Then helicoil the hole back to -4AN. Reason why helicoil works is because that restrictive valve is where the oil seals and not the threads.

So for whoever out there if this ever happen to you.

Remove the center restricting valve (it is threaded), so you have to either slide hammer it out OR put a washer underneath the 4mm bolt and slowly screw it in (causing a pull reaction). Then either tap it to a bigger size, or helicoil in this situation.

P.S.
Very IMPORTANT STEP, when you re-thread it make sure you put CLAY to block the oil passenger so no metal shavings will fall into the hole. Once the hole has been tapped, bent a paper clip with a small hook at the end, push it through the oil supply hole where the restricting valve was, and pull the clay out. Clay will NOT damage your turbo, but the metal shavings will! Be extra cautious!
