NC Help with oil leak

Hey guys,

Owned my first rotary for about a month now. Seems like I am getting a small oil leak from this area. The oil is up on top of the black plastic "flange" if you will where the top of the bolt is. Having a hard time figureing out where it is coming from and some help would be appreciated.

oil filler flange is leaking, needs a new o-ring or sealant and a good cleaning.

but that's probably the minor leak, the majority usually being the rear of the oil pan.
