The most important place to loose weight is unsprung and rotating. Unsprung x 2 and rotating x 4 
The wheel and tire setup you have is killing you and that's an easy swap that will make a huge difference.
Some other big savers:
Small fancy battery
titanium catback
Light weight fly wheel ( probably already have one )
More drastic measure like pulling out wiring (ABS) , insulation etc....will certainly save weight but not much and it's also a lot of work and could cause problems down the road if you should decide to sell or return the car to stock. However if you decide to go crazy the insulation behind the dash is heavy (probably 20 lbs).

cut off your left arm. your right one is more than enough to shift and move the steering wheel 
you could always remove the passenger seat and put it back in when you need to carry someone or just have them sit on the floor. remove the spare, get a fuel cell welded in and remove the stock tank, give me the 20b and you can have my 13b, remove headlights and put flashlights in it's place, drill holes throughout the subframes for a swiss cheese effect but also reducing weight, remove the driver seat and replace with custom wooden seat nailed to the floor (lol, Top Gear)
