Help identify speedometer circuit board transistor

Hi, I'm trying to identify the transistor circled in yellow there. The one I'm trying to replace was melted so bad that I can't read the number. Can any of you guys with a spare board lying around tell me what the transistor number is so that I may cross reference it?

I've already replaced half the board and I'm trying to finish it off. Any help would be greatly appreciated it.

I'm still trying to find out this transistor number. Any suggestions are welcome.

Do you think it would be easier to buy a board in the WTB section and just solder your mileage chip onto that? That thing looks real bad.

Well my friend tested everything and said it was all good, but I might have to end up just getting a new one. Not sure yet.

FYI - the part appears to be 3 terminal diode array according to a data sheet (from a 1993 databook).

term 1 = D1 cathode
term 2 = junction D1 anode & D2 cathode
term 3 = D2 anode
