Help with electrical problem
Just drove my car without incident. Shut it off to run a short errand and when I went to start it no power to the pfc, dash lights, interior lights, etc. BUT the car will crank! Any ideas? The car was only off 30 seconds or so. I waited 10 min and tried it again with no change. It's in a parking lot so I'll pick it up tomorrow (it's dark and cold here now) I knew there was a reason I bought an auto trailer!!! Lee

I loaded it on my auto trailer and, wouldn't you guess, once loaded the lights came back on. I towed it home and drove it off the trailer and into the garage. The only important detail I left out is this is a AT to MT swap. I'm using the AT engine harness and had to jumper the neutral switch for the starter to work (that may explain why the starter continued to crank while all else was dead). Now that everything is back on, finding the problem is even more difficult.
