Perhaps you don't understand how valuable the FSM is. The factory service manual is worth over $100 if you want to buy a copy from Mazda. It was written by the people who designed the car. A few charitable forum members spent countless hours scanning their manuals so we can all use them. It's the single most valuable piece of information on these forums.
Since your problem seems to be ignition-related (changing spark plugs & wires helped), then it's probably a misfire. Most misfire issues will keep the car from making power at high RPM's. Ignition problems will feel quick, jerky, and violent (as opposed to fuel or air problems, which are a relatively smooth and soft loss of power). Check page G-6 of the Workshop Manual, it's pg. 431 of the PDF.
For your Split Air Solenoid problem (code 30), the page you're looking for is F-23 of the Workshop Manual, it's pg. 211 of the PDF. There are also other parts of the Fuel & Emission Control Systems that discuss the split air solenoid, so read around and you'll find them.

Thanks, I've read it after i figured my problem. But like i mentioned earlier, in the thread, i only get to see my car on the weekend and can probably work on it for less than few hours. Once again thanks for the info and I do appreciated.
