Heater core hose to water housing oily

So my engine blew a coolant seal from my fans not activating and I'm starting the tear down. Cars been sitting for a week since last started and I go to pull the front heater core hose to water pump housing and it's oily. Looks grimey and kind of shows no sign of coolant running through it.

I pulled the rear water hose to heater core and it's full of coolant. Broke that water connection in half pulling it off haha.

I just want to make sure I'm not having any heater core problems.
