Hi. I have a problem with headlight motor. My drivers side won't flip up when lights turned on. If I turn them on and start to twist the manual **** in engine bay it will spin up fast and open? Like a "dead" spot in motor. It will also close once open. Any ideas.

 

I had an issue where they would open at different speeds, one much slower than the other. Ended up being the grounds. I think they're on the front bumper bar on the passenger side, little row of connectors. Might be something to check.
