Exclamation Hagerty Car Insurance Info!

Well alot of people have been asking me to post up the info to my Hagerty Insurance Policy. The actual policy is a subsidary of Hagerty insurance called Encompass.

My agent's name and phonen number is:
Synthia H. Young
1-800-922-4050

My policy has an E rating.
E = Exotic rating code
My car is covered for $45,000.
I pay $800 per year.

The only restrictions on my policy are the following:
The car must not be a primary vehicle.
The car must be manufactured in the past 14 years.
The car must be garaged.
The car must be in excellent condition.

I would like to thank the user name ADAMC for getting me banned. I try to help the RX7 community and this is what I get. He was wrong about my policy and I am here to prove I am right. ADAMC NEVER EVER post in one of my threads ever again including this one. The past thread was ruined because of your ignorance. Thank You.

Few questions.

Is it available in all 50 states?

You said the car must be manufactured in the past 14 years? Im guessing that includes all the ones made between 96-02?

Also how old are you? Im trying to get a feel for it, id love to pay 800 a year!

What are you Liability Limits and your deductibles for comprehensive and collision? Are you limited in the miles that you drive it per year? Do you have any other cars on the policy with it?

It is available in all 50 states, my policy is in FLORIDA.

It includes all of the 3rd gens.

I am 21, BUT you must be 25 to have this insurance. I put it under my dad's name though so thats how I pull it off.

I also have this same insurance company. pdviper77 how did they go for $45000?
They almost didn't want to do my car for $35000 and i have alot of cosmetic mods along with my engine. They told me it has to be covered for what i think i could sell it for. So i just said $35k. If anything did happen i think that is enough to get another one with all my mods.

I sent them my entire Receipt Book. It is THICK. I dont have any cosmetic mods but my whole drivetrain setup is more than most people's FD are worth on this site. They had no problem insuring it for $45,000 once I showed proof.

Are you serious? Hagerty is just like any other insurance company when it comes to that stuff. If you wreck it at the track you just trailor it out to the highway shoulder and push it into a pole or tree. Then you call your insurance agent............

i just cringe when i read something cavalier like this, it is really called "insurance fraud" and it is not difficult for an insurer to pull up the entry list for a track event, then you dont get paid and if you dont do time you are unable to buy insurance at any price.....think long and hard before you go down that path, the cost of the car is nothing in the long run....

Since you brought it up, I had nothing to do with you being banned. We had an on-going discussion in the last thread, and you went way over the top with foul language. One of the mods saw it, and banned you. You deserved to be banned. I'm surprised it wasn't permanent. I didn't report you, and had nothing to do with it. I was actually enjoying toying with you

And by the way, it wasn't your thread:

It's really nice to see you back

IncompEtnet. It looks like my reading comprehension is better than your spelling. Perhaps if you are smart enough to ask me nicely, without any "extra" comments, I will leave you alone.
