Greddy 3 Row Intercooler kit wrong pipe
i purchased a greddy 3row kit from http://www.rxecret7.com and it came with the 2row pipe from the intercooler outlet to throttle body pipes. first i called greddy and they said too bad you should have bought it from an authorized dealer then we can help. their exact words "we cannot appreciate that you didn't buy from an authorized dealer". they tell me i have to go through who ever i purchased so i call Rotary Xecret. tell them the deal and they tell me all the kits they got had incorrect pipes. i say ok how do i get the correct pipe. they say they will call greddy and get them to send me the pipe. i don't hear back in a day. following day i call again then get a call back. we called greddy they said too bad its a custom kit you need to make your own pipe. i am using a freaking greddy intercooler with a greddy turbo setup! this is atrocious service. you would expect that if you bought $5000 worth of greddy parts you would get any level of support but no. just a heads up to everyone. hope you guys don't have to go through this.

Yeah man greddy sucks ***.. never buying their **** again.. I called greddy to get english instructions and the dick on the phone was like "Sorry I can't help you, you didn't buy from auth. dealer".. I told his dumbass the shop I bought it from buys from TITAN whic is an auth. dealer so wouldn't that be the same diference.. And he was like "i don't have time for this call back another time" I called titan and told him who I bought it from and he had no problems sending me the instructions in englsih.. Greddy of NA sucks ***... ANy other compnay i call for english instructions has no problems with sending it to me regardless of where i bought it because in the end I got it from somone who was auth. or from somone who bought from an auth. dealer... Greddy stupid...

Im suprised with Trust being soo crappy in the states. I can understand the authorized dealer thing though, I know thats not up to the guy on the phone... BUT they company you bought the parts from really should have to do the leg work for you, i mean if you buy something from Toys R Us, and its missing a piece do you call Thailand? It should be ok to call the company you got it from, and they should either pay out of their own pocket, or get that part from the Manufactuer. Im not trying to talk crap about Rx7secret or titan or whomever, im just saying they should know the kit wasnt complete. I check everything to make sure it actually works and everything is there. A lot of my parts manufactuers here, dont blame me, people make mistakes, but you shouldnt make the same mistake more then once..

Vosko,
Funny that you mentioned this. I just purchased a Greddy 2 Row Front Mount polished and a T-78 Kit from these guys. Almost 5,000.00 of business I gave these clowns. Well it took them 3 WEEKS to ship my order. And now they didn't send the DP with the turbo kit. I got the same run around as you. I would leave messages and they would call me back days later. They also claimed that Greddy sent them the wrong stuff. I also took it upon myself to call Greddy and they told me the same thing. Not an AUTHORIZED DEALER, SORRY!
Rotary Xecret called me today claiming my DP was going out today to KDR, we'll see if it ever gets there!Never will I deal witht hese guys again. POOR cusomer service.

funny you say that. i ordered my downpipe and intercooler kit from two different places. they forgot my DOWNPIPE ALSO! but since the place i got it from got it from SPI in NY i got my downpipe!!!!! too bad i can't get my intercooler pipe. i'm gonna call greddy and talk to the manager about this. its freaking ridiculous. the person i got it from got the intercooler from GREDDY. GREDDY should support the product they made or not sell it all. if i knew i was gonna need custom IC PIPES i wouldn't have spent $1450 on a intercooler kit!

Come on what else to you expect from GReddy..
In Japan it's TRUST Trading Company..they subcontract almost everything. Most of the newer exhausts are now made in Mexico.
Apex'i and HKS are the only two companies that do most of their own RnD and manufacturing "in house."
