Fuel leak..now its not?

My car has been sitting for a week so I decided to warm it up tonight. Turned the fuel pump switch on and checked pressure it was fine. Fired up car and looked around and smelled fuel. It was pouring out from somewhere. Only could see it dripping on the ground. Turned car off and looked around. Felt and visibly looked at all the lines I could get to w/out removing UIM. Fuel rails appeared dry. Did not noticeably see where it was coming from so I turned the pump back on. No fuel leaking this time. Fired up the car and still no leak. Shut the car down after a few high revs to see if it was a secondary injector. Still nothing. Anyway I came to the conclusion that maybe one of the Stainless braided lines is not on securely. Maybe the return line to tank. Since it sat a while maybe had time unseat. Nonetheless I will be yanking my UIM for further inspection. Not driving the car till I check and resecure all lines. Any other suggestions? Whats the best tool to cut SS braided hoses clean? Thanks Garret..
