Fuel cell help

Hey guys. So Ill start off my admitting fuel systems are something Ive never really dealt with in-depth, and Ive never before installed a fuel cell. So I bought what I thought was a good used cell, and now I feel a bit retarded attempting to figure out how to properly set it up. First, I had assumed that I could run an internal pump, but after taking the cover off, I dont see how thats possible. I really dont want to run an external pump, as a stock supra pump will be plenty for my needs and I like the quietness and reliability that comes along with that. The cell is a Nascar ATL kevlar 13 gallon "Xtreme" Cell. Ive posted some pictures of the cell and fill plate, and Id appreciate if anyone could help me out with how to properly set it up, Im a bit over my head here although I realize its not rocket science, Ive just never done it.
1- If I want to run an internal pump, can I somehow mount it back in the corner where the current pickup tube goes, in the trap door thing? Or can I purchase a new fill plate thats made for an internal pump?
2- I see no provision for fuel return, again do I need to buy a fill plate made specifically for this?

Any help would be appreciated guys, thanks!

Anyone have any idea? After some searching on ATLs site it seems a new fill plate would solve the fuel supply/return issue, but Im still unsure of how or if I can run an internal pump.
