FPR and pulsation dampener question

A friend of mine has the Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator on his single turbo. He has removed his pulsation dampener since the Aeromotive fpr supposedly has the dampening built in. I have the SX fuel pressure regulator. Does anyone know if it has the same dampening abilities? I would love to remove the weak link (pulsation dampener) from the fuel system.

I believe it does have dampening abilities, I am using the SX unit on my car and removed the stock pulsation dampener. Works just fine.

I can't remember any names off the top of my head, but I know some forum members have eliminated their FPD without any problems. You might be able to track them down by searching.
