Final Decision
Just finishing upon my motor that I blew about a year ago, and stumbling across my old L.I.M. I was wondering if I should upgrade to the ground zero, or maybe keeping it stock, I also have a streetport done on it. I was wondering if I should stay stock or upgrade? Or even if its necessary?

OK, I just purchased mine off of VegasFD. Form reading and asking people on the forum I understand a couple of things.
1. the stock LIM gives less incoming air to the rear rotor which causes an unbalanced air fuel ratio, lean conditions, etc. this is due to un-equal runners.
2. The stock LIM has a heat riser, Dont really know what this is but I believe it flows hot ait to the fuel mixture to aid atomization during cold starts. Hopefully somebody with more knowledge can help you out on this.
3. the Ground zero mani has no holes for and smog equipment so if you're trying to stay smog legal this will not be good for you.
Hope this helps
