FEED Side steps install

I have a pair of carbon fiber feed side steps from autoshine, I have tryied to find the write up I have seen before about this but could not find it today.
Do you only screw it on to the body or does someone use glu/silicone based stuff.?

I just drilled them in two years ago and they've been there ever since.

I didnt drill into my body i used the two 10mm bolts from the front fenders and the rear rock guard has two also. Then i ran a strip of 3M double sided tape from end to end and install it. They been on daily driving,freeway and the track.
