Fair Price for this RX7??

I am about to buy a 3rd gen. Here is the scoop.

24k on the odo.
Paint isn't flawless but it is in great condition.
Interior is in great condition.
New tires.
1993 touring model Black with red interior
The guy selling the car is asking 19k with a 3 year/36000 warranty which is legit.
Car is 100% stock.

Any input???

Thanks

Yeah, I have one for 25k with only 13k miles on it with some minor upgrades for reliability, and it is flawless. Still smells new...
Silver on Black Touring model.
That is not a bad deal on the black one, if the mileage is legit, and with the warranty as well. May want to consider a compression test though to make sure the engine is in good shape

I was thinking that but the warranty covers that which would mean I basically get a new engine. Rotary Performance is where most people go with the warranty so it sounds ok. Think I have any room to push??

I don't know, that is not a bad price for an FD with only 24k on it. Depends on if it seems legit though

The warrenty I believe doesn't cover a full engine replacement i believe, just a rebuild.

Thats what the mazda warrenty I got with my car.
