Factory Horsepower!
I recently bought a 1992 rx7 efini twin turbo.. and Iv yet to find how much horsepower these cars came with stock!!
Every webpage Iv looked at including ebay says either 255hp or 200hp
Which is it!! thanx

Honestly and not to be a jerk but if you keep posting threads like this you are going to get a lot of people saying search search search before you post**there is a FAQ section that has everything you need to know just about

How much Horsepower did my car come with from the factory?
At the Flywheel ratings:
86-88 NA = 146 HP @ 6500 RPM w/ 138 Ft/lb @ 3500 RPM
86-88 Turbo = 182 @ 6500 RPM w/ 183 Ft/lb @ 3500 RPM
89-91 NA = 160 HP @ 7000 RPM w/ 140 Ft/lb @ 4000 RPM
89-91 Turbo = 200-202 @ 6500 RPM w/ 196 Ft/lb @ 3500 RPM
Infini IV = 215 @ 6500 RPM w/ 206 Ft/lb @ 3500 RPM:
its cool somethings get over looked

did you buy a 1992 Efini or a 1992 Infini?
1992 Infini are second generation, 215hp
1992 Efini are third generation, 255hp.
They look completetly different. One has corners, the other is rounded. Does your car have a hoodscoop?
hoodscoop = second gen
no hoodscoop = third gen
