engine,trouble starting,fd...help

o.k. its a 93 fd rhd,5spd. i put rebuilt engine in my car.everything went in fine.now when i start it,it just rolls over, its got good compression, spark, fuel.but when i pull the spark plugs out, suspecting them to be flooded with fuel.they are dry,no gas smell, but everything has been change from my other running rx7,coils,crank sensor, fuel pump, relays, injectors, everything that i can think off.
its like the injectors aren't opening and letting fuel in??any suggestions would definintley be helpful

Have you verified that you have the fuel lines hooked up properly? Did you prime the fuel system and make sure everything was working? Also, check to see if your injectors are clicking by putting power directly to them.

?

You should not have to prime any electric fuel pump besides turning the key on and off a few times to get fuel to the rail I would be more worried about the fuel pressure being to low then I would check that as well as the Injector OHMS check to see if there in spec forgot to tell you go to your local parts store and by a noid light set make sure you have injector pulse!

I'd check to see if the lines are mixed up too. If they aren't since it's such a pain to pull off the intake see if it fires when you spray starting fluid past the TB. Then you know it's fuel related.
