Engine bucking on deceleration

hi guys in deceleration the engine buking from 2000 rpm to 1500 rpm any tips ? its a 93 rx7 white fully rebouild engine white 3 mm apex seals and bnr stage 3 twin turbo

Are you sure your tps adjustment is correct? Check that out and report back. Also a list of your mods will be a big help.

hi hear the mod list knight sports ecu (0.9 bar ) . hks ssqv blow off . hks racing suction twin filter . hks hi power exhaust . streetported engine . bnr stage 3 turbo .
my generator need to be replaced irt charge the baterie 13.4 volt 12.9 v when wans running

and a problem white the airpump the dosent work but when i remove thr relay ai can run manuelly the air pump air pump fine and the relay is fine too ai have the inpsration the ecu not control the air pump ?? car have 120000 miles

and tps adjustement are fine : when the car is in idle and the fans running the idle jump from 700 to 900 rpm

I have the same problem i am not positive but i think it is because of the street port and chipped ecu. A stand alone would probly fix it.

no vaccum leak . ai replace everting to silicon hose the engine working fine just the the 500 rpm the engine bucking and the (air pump and genertaor)

Yeah could be a few different things ^ improper tune with chipped ecu, vac leake. I would suggest checking the dashpot that can also cause bucking on deceleration. Go here https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-gen-archives-73/dashpot-uim-180123/ if you need some info on identifying the dashpot.

hi thanks for the tip i cheked mi dash pod and the throttle not touching the dashpod in idle is it normal ??

Do you have a light weight flywheel? The lighter they are the more they seem to buck at low rpm's

Additionally, I have learned through experience that decel bucking will be accentuated if the PPF is cracked and/or the diff bushings are worn.

Hi yes ai have a lightweigt glywheel and the bushing in the rear are stock never remplace ai gonner kontroll them and see whrn this bad thanks
