electronic boost controler question?

I know it's diffrent for each car, and setup. I have a aem true boost and was wondering what duty cycle people are running for what psi.I am getting ready to tune my car and would like to know a jumping off point.

thanks

Zero duty is the best place to start.

OK, here's the deal. I am at 25% duty cycle and still at waste gate spring(14psi). just trying to find out what everyone else is running to see if mine is working properly.if people are running 50% I'm OK, if they are running 15%, i have something not working. by the way 0% is not a setting. it starts at 10%

Ok mine goes to zero and thats spring pressure. I run a duty of 35 for an extra 5 psi. This is on a profec b ii. I think either your boost controller is not as sensitive to changes or something is not working or hooked up wrong. Try raising it by 5 or 10 percent duty at a time to see if you get any changes at all. If you see nothing by more then 50 percent i think you should go over all your connections again. If you feel everything is hooked up right, start by testing the solenoid that it opens and closes. If it does then its prob something with the controller. If you change anything at all set your controller back to the lowest setting. Also make sure your not adjusting the gain or any other setting and that it is for the boost setting. Some of the controllers are a bit confusing.

aem has no gain adj, and i stopped at 25% until I had more info from others. if you are running 35% for +5psi , I feel that i can go another 10-15%. to see what happens. I've gone over the plumming twice just to check, all seems good. just didn't want to push it if I was way off target. the aem has a waste gate spring psi setting(think this might replace gain on yours), but not sure. anyway thanks for your input. it dose help
