DON'T USE or GET Wynn's Warranty

I have so much trouble getting coverage.
see the comments of BBB
http://www.labbb.org/scripts/cgiip.e...ID=1&hAddrID=5

I just don't want others to fall into the same trap.

aren't they the ones that used to make you add there oil to your car.. and if you didn't have there oil in your car, they wouldn't cover you?

really? interesting.

here is my problem:
they would not cover my turbos.
They said that the prior work done on the turbo is not by a licensed repair shop.
its basically similar to if you do your own oil change, they would not cover it.
I ask them to point out where on the contract that is, and they could not.

Were you able to find it?

It was not on my contract. Wynn's supervisor said it was on the newer ones. I think they have to cover whatever on my contract right?

It doesn't matter whats on the new contracts... it only matters what is on YOUR contract

I'm having the same problem with Mazda Recycling in rancho seco,ca They do not want to honor their 1 year warranty that comes with the rebuilt engine. Well, my advice to you is be very detail in what you're saying and be clear on what you want them to do. Don't let them beat around the bush Just go straight to facts and NEVER ADMIT ANY FAULT they will surely try to get you to do that. Tell them you have a warranty and that warranty is a contract they need to obey by the term of condition which is stated in FINE PRINT. Don't talk to them about anything else except what is written on the contract. When that doesn't work take it to court. But before you do make sure you speak with the owner anyone beside that doesn't matter. I understand your situation completely because i am in that situation myself as of now. good luck

Now they are going to send an inspector to see the car.
I hope the inspector ok everything.
I am not sure if this is a step forward or backward. Hopefully forward...
