do butterflys have a tendency to move under pressure if not removed properly?

I've done the poor mans Seq mod, do the butterflys ( in the Y pipe) have a tendency to move and close by them selves under pressure if not completley removed ?( i have just taken the actuator arm off at the moment)

wow.......you really need to remove them or wire them up if your only testing.

There is nothing stoping them from moving if you remove the arm
