Diagnosing bad Solenoid...
Problem(recent):
- 5psi max at WOT in Primary Turbo
- No pressure build-up in pressure tank with engine on.
Working properly:
- CCV rod is closing at idle (No primary boost loss into secondary from open gate)
- Primary10mm flange nuts on tight.
- BOV hose clamp connections tight on both ends.
- No apparent boost leak as secondary kicks in at transition and holds 10-11 psi till infinity.
Turbo Control Solenoid has less than 10K miles.
Pre-Turbo/Wastegate Solenoid never replaced and has 137K miles.
What else left to check??
