Weaklink - The mesh was some standard aluminum mesh that show that painted and fitted my bumper had.

Also I'm having a screen customer made which will be removable to fit over the IC for longer trips to keep the rocks/bugs outta the intercooler fins, sometime like a screen door material.

Speed - Greddy 2 Row

-does anyone know if the suock front nose is FG or not?? it feels like there is more "give" (like if you push on it) than the rest of the body.
-I think that there are many big OEMs (mercedes) that use the type of 3m material that was described. My firend has it or something similar on his E-Class, I think mercedes calls it autobahn protective film or something like that.

-kyle

PS the 3m material hasn't yet hazed (he's had the car for ~1yr) and like mentioned, the only hint that it's there are the barely visible edges

Glad to hear about the 3M film..it's called ultrashield down here and their headquarters is in the next town north of me. Headed over on Wednesday to get a quote and possibly get it done. I've had the FEED fiberglass front end on for a few days now and I already have a chip or two, sigh...

That looks pretty nice, but I do agree that the headlight lid intake is out of place on the car. I'd also like to not see that spoiler ... and some wheels with a fat lip, but that's just me!

It does look very nice, though!
