Dash/Instrument Panel wont work
Hi
I am wondering if anyone would know the issue to the dash not working. My car starts but nothing on the dash works. The wipers, odemeter, airbag light, seat belt light work. The dash light, turn signals, all the gauges do not work.
What could be the issue?
Thanks
shen

if anyone can help it would be great
-SO all the gauges do not work, but the lights on the gauges work.
-hazards do not work but the turn signals work
-fan speeds work.
-radio all works
-headlight. taillights, turns signals, reverse lights work.
-low coolant sensor buzzing and red light is on even though the coolant is full. Coolant sensor is new
Could it just be a ground wire that is affecting the gauges if the lights do turn on?
Thank you

Could you give a bit of a description of the car in general- what work you've performed on it recently, etc?
A lot of the gauge electronics come via the ECU, which interprets signals like RPM, speed, etc and converts them and sends signals to the cluster. Maybe pull the cluster and check the plugs and wiring is all fine. Then look at the ECU and confirm no damage or shorted plugs or wires there.
