Crank case venting question

Crank case venting question
Having suffered from oil blow-by from the oiler filler neck at track events, I want to install a catch can. On the Robinette site, the PCV elimination page suggests installing a non vented can in the line going back to the primary turbo intake. I would like to block off that vac line and just install a ventilated catch can and let the crankcase vent through the can.
My question is, is it safe to remove the vacuum from the oil filler neck and let it purge naturally? Thanks.

i just did this last week and it made a huge difference in blow-by.......i bought the shiny greddy catch can and hooked up one end to the oil filler neck, plugged the hole on the upper intake manifold and put a little k&n filter on the other side of the catch can.......looks cool and works great...i discussed this with chris @ rp and he said this was an excellent way to do this.....i can email you pics if you want......

Yes, please post a pic or email me some at rsax1@xemaps.com. Did you plug the remaining line going back to the primary turbo? Thanks for the response!
