Could low vaccum be caused by weather?

Hey Everyone:

Just curious, i'm getting about 250 mmHg of vaccum at idle. I was wondering, does weather play a role in vaccum? I'm not really sure if a vaccum hose popped off or not (it shouldn't considering I had a vaccum hose job done on the car tied down with zip ties). Anything I should look at?

I notice in my other cars with the engine fully warm the atmospheric conditions can make a tiny difference of ~1-2 inches of vacuum

Humid weather always drops my vacuum down a bit.
