Cosmo 13B vs. FD 13B

I was wondering if there is any difference between the blocks of a cosmo 13b and the fd 13b. I'm going to be rebuilding my motor but in the mean time I have a seen some cosmo 13b's for fairly cheap that I'd like to use till I get my current motor built. Any info would be apreciated.
