OK - Hopefully you are all tuned in and you've been studying your manuals ( except for the gentleman who is in Polka instructions this evening ).

Who wants a custom made Badddrx7 transmission brace FREE !! Let's begin...

You are working on a 1993 Domestic FD3S 1993 Mazda Rx7, VR in color, with the touring package and an automatic transmission.

Question - Out in the engine compartment, on the driver side fender is a little black cube called the Diagnostic box. Tell me how many total wires are involved with this box ( don't need the color codes, just number of wires to/from it) and how many of that number are Black wires, and what common terminal name inside this box does the manual call for to be grounded out when checking for engine codes ?

Bonus points - a correct answer within the first minute earns you a bonus part along with the Brace !!

You have 30 mins ( 9:30pm est) until I come back in and reveal the answer and maybe we'll have a winner

Good luck......( now the Jeopardy music chimes in ).....

WE HAVE A WINNER....WE HAVE A WINNER !!!

The answer to the question is... The auto diagnostic box has 15 wires while the manual has 13. Also two of those wires are solid black, while a third is black with a white strip. And the TEN to Ground jumper with ign turned on will reveal the codes on the check engine light.

Poss is the champion !! Come on down and claim your prize !!
