Ok I never thought I'd ever have coolant issues with my car but I think my luck ran out today.

Basically coolant is leaking of my car from the overflow bottle and when I go to top up more coolant it is doing the same thing.

I tried taking the line out of the overflow tank and putting it in an empty container. Went to start the car and immediately it started filling up with coolant. Came back 5 mins later and the whole container was almost full!!!

I'm assuming I have a leak somewhere which is why the system isn't holding pressure? AST?

 

I've done a few more checks and this is what I observed.

I cannot fill my filler neck to the top. As soon as I do it just starts going down and then my overflow bottle starts dripping.

I'm guessing my AST isn't holding pressure, as under normal circumstances once the filler neck is full, it should stay at that level?
