CT Check Engine

I did the annoying air pump sound fix (https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/eliminate-air-pump-moo-%241-1-minute-486061/). I went around the block and my check engine light came on and the ECU went into limp mode. I checked the code.. 2 long blinks and 7 short.. 27. I looked up code 27 and it says "Metering Oil Pump". I cleared the code 3 times, but the check engine light comes back on within 2 minutes of driving. Any ideas??

If your running a PFC check your VMOP voltage (sensor check). If it is going in and out of bold (the VMOP itself) then your OMP is going bad.

If he had a PFC he wouldn't have a CEL or be in limp.
