Is this car worth 2k?
#27
yes I have, I got 2k cash and picked up for my motor since it was in good shape. The only thing I left on it was the flywheel and knock sensor. This car was still running so it must still be in decent shape. I also sold my lim and uim for 160, got anther 75 for the tb and 50 for a tps just for example. sold the coils for 75shipped, alt for 95shipped, the only things high is the mounts if there not in good shape. Hell a local guy just bought a 93 manual with tan interior parts car w/ 50k on the odo and coverd his cost of $4800 within the first month. I guess my post count just isn't high enough for anyone to listen to me.

ME too!
I am in lafayette, La and I'd pick it up if you don't want it. Is the car in lake charles or somewhere ther-abouts? Let me know if he wants to sell it.

Oh
and I would fix it, not part it out. My dad's friend has a frame machine and we do car restorations/body work/paint. If you want to see if on the road again let me pick it up.

If the roof has buckled and you don't have free access to a frame machine, don't take it to restore. Even as it is, you'll have difficulties getting the rear right shock mount in its proper place in restoration. The rest of the quarter-panel can just be welded in along with the trunk/hatch section. But like I said, if there are bumps or folds in the hood, wouldn't even think about restoring it (looks like there's definitely frame damage - that's hard to fix).
