Car won't start!!!
I recently pulled apart my car to replace the rat's nest with silicon lines, replace the fuel lines, replace the coolant lines, install 1300cc secondary injectors, and do the "poor man's" non-sequential conversion. I finally finished and tried to start the car up 2 days ago and it just turns over, but won't fire-up. It doesn't even stumble like it's trying to start. I have already primed the fuel system (and I heard the fuel pump). I pulled out the plugs to check for spark. No problem. However, the plugs weren't even wet with fuel. So I try turning over the car with no plugs while putting a piece of paper in front of the holes to check for fuel. The paper was completely dry. I compared my fuel lines with my buddy's 7 and realized that I had reversed the "from fuel filter" and "to tank" lines. I fixed them, re-primed the system, and still no luck. No fuel on the plugs either. I pulled out my PFC and put the stock ECU back in to see if the problem was PFC related, but it didn't make a difference. Short of pulling the motor apart again to physically look and see if the injectors are spraying fuel (which I'm not even quite sure how to do properly), I'm not sure what to try. I would like to try and eliminate all possibilities before ripping everything apart down to the injectors again. Installation of the injectors was a piece of cake...can't see how they could be the problem... I'm out of ideas!

pull the fuel hose going to the injectors and see when you crank the engine if gas starts to flow out of the hose. Or try to pull the fuel return line to see if fuel is returning back to the tank. good luck

Do I need to turn the engine over to test that, or will just starting the fuel pump (in the same way you prime the system) bring fuel through the return line?

Check your 120A Main Fuse located next to your battery. If it's blown, the engine will turn but not fire. If it's blown, go to AZone or PBoys and pick one up for less than 3 bucks. Good Luck.

You shouldn't have to pull the injectors b/c only the primary's fire on start up, I think. As long as you plugged the harnesses back in. You could try useing the stock ECU and resetting it with your foot on the brake for a couple of mins with the batt disconnected.

Well, I did replace the fuel pulsation dampner and pressure regulator, as well as have the primary injectors cleaned, so I did have both fuel rails off the car. So there's definitely no problem with running the fuel pump with the car off for an extended period of time (in order to check if fuel is coming back throught the return line)? I'm not sure how the system works, with the pump ON and the injectors not running, does the fuel pass the primaries and secondaries and then head back on the return line? Or, does the fuel stop at the primaries (and is blocked, causing increasing pressure in the line) if they are not working?

I went back and reset the stock ECU and tried to start it up again and IT STARTED! Idled terrible and ran REALLY rich, but it started. I went back and put the PFC back in and it started again. The only thing I can think is that something was loose in the back of the computer. So, my other question is, if I only changed the size of the secondary injectors and put the stock primaries back in, will the car still run pig-rich like it was?

Told ya jk. anyways, what happened is the computer was probably in a safe mode and needed to be reset.
As for running rich, you need to dial in the right size of the bigger injectors into the PFC. Read the book and it shows you.

Yeah, but that doesn't explain why it wouldn't start originally with the PFC. That's why I was thinking it was just a loose connection the first time I tried to start it with the PFC. Once I put the stock ECU back in, yeah, it just needed to be reset. I already did dial the PFC in for 1300cc injectors.
