car heats up when it's 100's out side
i just put in a new radaitor and it still heats up if i keep it above 4 grand, heats up to 75% but if i slow down it cools down.
the 13b has 15000 milse on it, can any one help?

75% of stock gauge. Stock gauge is not very reliable, so I would not depend on that reading. I would install aftermarket unit to get a better handle on temps.
Did you replace thermostat? If not, you should.
Coolant mix. You could run 20-30% coolant. That will help a little. Plus water wetter could help more. Also make sure that you have flushed your system, so the coolant is clean.
Shroud. Make sure there is a good seal between the fans and the radiator.
Fans. Make sure they are kicking on.
Check pressure cap. Make sure you have the right pressure and it is functional.
If thermostat, coolant, shroud are OK and fans are running...and you verify that you are getting high temps with a good gauge, check the water pump.
100°F days are going to be difficult to cool on, but with the Koyo or Fluidyne and cooling system components in good shape you should be able to handle it.
