Can you drive on shot turbos?
I'm waiting on my boost gauge, but meanwhile been checking the easy stuff. I see a good bit of oil inside the ducts. Its not dripping, but all the insides have a good coat of it. I'm low on power, not getting much boost if ANY AT ALL.
Can an FD run with blown turbos?
I'm driving around fine...just not as quick.

You can drive around just fine (very sluggish) with bad turbos, depending on what went wrong with them. My turbos went out the week after I bought my FD. When my primary went out the intake turbine rattled around and made a really loud grinding sound and after another 2 days an oil seal in the turbo went out allowing alot of oil into the intake. The big cloud of smoke was amazing! I promptly pulled over at that point and called the towing company to get my car back home.
