Many people are going to tell you that the whole idea of a computer is the Fuel Management. Its is not so much a problem with boost, although I would get the controller, but a problem with enrichment, and leaning out.

Only way to tell is if you dyno your car and see what your a/f ratio is. Every car is different, as long as you keep your boost at 10psi, it's going to be hard to keep boost steady with a midpipe. You can increase your pressure by 10 psi and it should give a little more fuel. Once again, each car is different so dyno it.

well yeah it's for enrichment when your boosting, and all the mods you listed are for boosting. I think you could maybe get by if you put it on a dyno and had it tuned really rich, but one little boost spike and....

The real question is can you control boost? You may need to port your wastegate to do so.
IF you can keep your boost at or below 10 psi you will have plenty of fuel, no need for a programmable ECU. I have tested this on many cars with a wideband and haven't found a single exception.
