Bosch EV14 550 primaries, I highly recommend them

After having some ID1000 in the primary spot and getting 10mpg I decided it was time to scale back the primaries. I highly recommend the Bosch EV14 550cc. This is the injector all the companies use to modify for bigger flow.
I picked them up from Fuel Injector Connection, I love actually being able to properly control idle and low load accel, no more Injector MS floor issues with the Power FC. I figured I would post this because no one ever talks about using better stock sized primaries when upgrading. The ID2000s will ensure I have plenty of fuel for my needs.
FUEL INJECTOR CONNECTION - MAZDA INJECTORS

This is my fuel setup
fittings are:
3 x 180s
2 x 120s
1 x 90

FFE rails 34mm top, 48mm bottom

Bosch 550cc Primaries and ID2000 Secondaries

also used CJ motorsports FPR mount and 4x Injector Boss adapters

Don't mind the blue painters tape used for cutting the hose haha

oh yeah and also a aeromotive 340 fuel pump

I think you need a different tuner if the 1000cc primary injectors were the problem. I run 1000 cc primarys and have no difference in fuel economy versus my stock primarys. However, I am running a haltech not a pfc, so that may be the reason why you were having difficulity.

Have you ran the car with those injectors yet, it seems like a waste of money, you could have just put stock primaeys in .

The 1000cc's need a little bit of negative lag to run lean at idle and such. The 725's can run without any negative lag. But sounds like your fine fueling wise with the 550cc's.

RENESISFD, the problem is unique to PowerFC's. I'm actually trying to run 2000cc's in my primaries on my 20b with a Haltech to see how good they will idle .

Yup they are, however no flow matching. Oh well, the world didn't end.

Do you have Denso or Bosch style injector connectors on the harness? If Denso, did you have to use a pigtail adapter or did you find the injector with a Denso style connector? The link you provided is 404.
