Boost spike?

Mabey im just a newb but isnt boost spike bad? like 14 psi, and if so is there an easy fix for it? so should I avoid cars with boost spikes.

Correct, boost spikes are almost always bad,especially on Rotarys. There are fixes, such as manual or electronic boost controllers, or porting the wastegate if its caused by open exhausts. You do not necessarily have to stay away from cars with boost spikes, just find some way to control it before it causes severe damage IE blown motor. just make sure its not what the car is set for before you diagnose it as a boost spike.

14 psi speciically is a bit too much for the stock fuel system, i.e. you'd be running lean for that fraction of a second that the spike occurs. but all are bad, especially ones that outrun the fuel system.
