Boost problem on twins (yes another one)

Before I start I have done a search, found some info and sites but wanted to know if anyone had the same problem to save time.

Boost from the primary turbo is fine, but when the secondary is meant to kick in it does sometimes and sometimes it doesn't so running 9psi to red line.

Changed the BOV, that didn't work.

Going to have a look at it tomorrow and change/check solenoids and lines.
Whats the best way to check the solenoids??? 12V live and earth?? Pressure??

Anyone else had this problem???

Does the secondary turbo working or not depend on the gear?

Feels like its just the primary turbo doing the work and the second not comming on line.

Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt. Even when it does work and its boosting 12psi it'll drop back off then come back on as the revs are rising to the red line.

Start with the Turbo Control Actuator/Solenoids.
