I can hear the spool up of the turbo now but as soon as boost comes on it misfires and bogs. I'm not sure what's going on now. Maybe I did something wrong. I know I hooked up the coils right, because it seems to idle fine. And acceleration seems ok until I go into boost. The three grounds are grounded together on the manifold. I reconnected the three hoses that were in the way to get the turbo control rack solenoid out. Connected all hoses with check valves to the manifold and the ones on the back including the one to the double throttle control. Map sensor is connected. I'm gonna look at it tommorow but any suggestions will help. Thanks for all the help so far.
is it spark blowout? Or overboost fuel cut?

You could try to check for ECU codes and reset the ECU.

It's not uncommon for FD wiring harnesses to approach the pliability of charcoal, such that working on a car with a roasted harness leads to random electrical problems. If that's the case I'd strongly urge you to 'invest' in a new harness or at least watch the classifieds like a hawk for a good used one. New are $800, good used ones are around $300-600 and they sell fast.
I doubt it's the harness. The ca only has 64k on it. Ithe connectors look good and the wires are flexible with no brittleness in sight.

what's a spark blowout? It's not fuel cut because it happens once I start boost won't go past 2-3 psi without bogging. I can redline the engine fine as long as I don't boost. Idles fine and reads 16-17 in.hg for vacuum

Ok, I swapped in new spark plugs the old plugs were starting to get fouled out. That didn't help. Then I remember I started the car without the map sensor hose connected after I did the solenoid swap and I was also messing with the throttle to clean the throttle plates. So I thought maybe there is a memory like the newer drive by wire nissans. So I was gonna reset it by unplugging the negative cable. Did that and found the negative terminal cable had a Gap and didn't fully contact the battery post. So I tightened it as much as I could, then fired it up. It revs good and hits boost in primary and secondary turbos. Only now is a new problem:

My boost pattern is 7-4-6. Well at least I fix the major problem. I think I'm going to get silicone hoses and get hks rs intakes, efini y-pipe and greddy smic to get rid of the rubber inlet ducts plastic pipes and probably get silicone hoses for the 1" hoses since I found one kinda cracked up. This means I gotta get rid of the pfs intercooler & intake system. Anyone interested? And anyone have suggestions. Thanks for the help so far.

If it's a 1" hose that leads to stock blowoff valve, a crack will be a boost leak and explain the low boost.

it's actually ok in the inside but outside it has a crack. But eventually it will crack, so I'm just going to change them all for preventative maintenance. I did the boost test and I get 4 psi at wot in neutral. I just gotta go down the list again, but I'm at the shop so I'll tale a stab at it tonight or tmr.
