boost creep control

boost creep control
Ok so i installed a 3 inch midpipe (w/ 2.25" restrictor plate) between the DP and MP. The little e clip on the pre control came off so i replaced it last night and now i have boost creep on the primary and secondary turbos. My mods include DP, MP, CB, intake, smic, and greddy pulleys. i am wondering what else will control this creep like i said before i already have a restrictor plate in the exhaust.
boost controller?
precontrol valve?
what will help.

Definition of boost creep: turbo output exceeding wastegate capacity.
If you truly have creep, you need more exhaust restriction to reduce the turbo output, or you need to port your wastegate so it can handle the excess turbo output.
No controller can control creep.
If you do not really have creep, but you do not have a boost controller and your boost is not staying below an acceptable level, then a boost controller is the best bet.

i am positive i have creep.. before the midpipe and restrictor plate it would hold 12 psi all day on the primary and now its starts to go up past 13psi so i let up on the throttle to prevent engine damage.

Are you still using the stock system with pills? If so, YOU DO NOT HAVE CREEP, you have a lack of control.

Correct. If the boost is controllable without wastegate (WG) porting, then, by definition, it is not creep. There are many boost controllers that do a good job controlling boost, from home-made ("home-depot") ball/spring controllers to commercially-available ball/spring controllers, to electronic controllers.
There are tons of threads on all these types if you search. If you read some of these posts, you will get a much better idea of what you want to do (price vs functionality, etc.)
I use two home-made ball/spring controllers that work beautifully (one to control primary and prespooling, and the second to control the WG).
