Bogging issues, Pros please chime in

So, I recently did a auto to manual swap using the stock auto harness with auto ecu.
Im having a bogging issue that starts at 3k and also 4k rpm. It seems as if it was getting a fuel cut off. Im wondering if its because of high resistance in my EM harness. The wires were all Brittle, i can pretty much snap it like a stick and it will break. When i have the intercooler coupling not connected it does not BOG at all while driving in N/A mode, Only when its hooked up with the turbo it BOGS. I will reply back to this thread and finish this for others to find, just in case they are having the same problems. Please help me, Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

i had recently done a manual swap aswell but im not having bogging issues. i used the auto wiring harness but still adapted to my power fc ecu using the banzai auto harness adapter so im not sure if using the stock auto ecu is the problem or maybe its your wiring. my wiring is in bad condition too so i recently changed to a haltech e 11 v2 that has its own complete wiring harness so the stock engine harness gets ditched and the haltech is an awsome ecu.
