BNR turbo and oil line don't match-up
While installing my BNR Stage III turbos, I went to install the insulated oil line, and it's off by about 1/2-inch.
What am I suppose to do ? Bend the lines ? If so, where ? A little on each end ?
Was I suppose to get lengthened lines, like the lengthened Y-pipe ?
TIA,

Post a pic, this should be an easy fix. It is likely due to the center sections being clocked a little different after the rebuild/upgrade. You can bend the factory feed line coming out of the block as it has some bends that you could straighten to give yourself a little more room. Also you could loosen the oil feed line where it connects to the front iron that way you have some wiggle room to move it around a little bit. If you are still full sequential with purge control still hooked up it will be a little challenging but doable.

I mean, the current clocking seems correct, as the holes are on the same horizontal plane so the feed-line will lie flat, it's just the distance is too great.
I'll get a pic when I'm home.

Sounds to me like you do not have the modified oil feed line. I am about 99% sure it is supposed to be lengthened.
Edit: looks like it is a different line. Check page 2 of my build thread, I have a good pic of the turbos. I would link the photo but I am on a phone right now.

May also want to ask Bryan at BNR, really helpful guy. I do think the oil feed is modified on the BNR's, I know the Y-pipe is for sure.

Attached are pictures of the setup.
1) shows the BNR's installed WITHOUT the insulated oil-feed pipe, and with the Y-Pipe and the airpump installed. Note- I BARELY have enough room for the silicone coupler and band on the Y-Pipe. I may have to remove the BNR's and clock them slightly down towards the ground for more Y-Pipe to airpump clearance;
2) shows the BNR's WITHOUT the insulated oil-feed pipe, and NO Y-pipe. You can see the two threaded holes for the oil-pipe feed;
3) shows the BNR's with ONLY the front of the insulated oil-feed pipe screwed into place, and how off/mis-aligned the compression fitting to engine oil-feed is;
4) the same picture as #3, but further out to show you off/mis-aligned the rear fitting is to the turbo.
Note, I don't think any clocking will lessen the distance, as the oil holes are parallel to each other now. Also, I don't see how any bending will get me about 1/2 an inch . . .
