Blown Twins - Symptoms?
I am wonerding if my twins are shot. Basically this is what is happening. I recently switched over to a full non-sequential setup. The car boosts fine. Spools quickly and holds boost as long as i ask it to. The problem comes when i let off the gas after a boost run. I get alot of white/blue smoke from the exhaust and i get the smell of oil. Like i said this is only after i let off the accelerator after boosting hard. Is this a symptom of possibly a leaky seal or something in the turbos. I cant figure it out but i am fairly concerned and try not to drive the car under boost until i figure it out. Alittle background, the car has about 48K miles on it, so maybe the turbos are showing there age? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have always noticed oil in the intake tract, even when i purchased the car with about 35K on it, but there was never any smoking or oil smell like i have now. When I had the turbos off for the non-squential conversion, i didnt notice much if any play at all. Man i hate the thought of pulling the turbos back off for replacement. Guess this is my sign to go ahead and get that GT35R kit Ive been drooling over. Hahahaha.
