Need HELP buddies!

Anyone know a step-by-step guide to install this single solenoid boost controller (NOT the Spec R Dual Solenoid version)? I got all parts brand new, but NO manual!

I saw some write-ups for the Profec and AVC-R from the very helpful website:

http://robrobinette.com/boost_avc_r_install.htm, but nothing for any Blitz EBCs.

Does anyone recommend following either one of the Profec or AVC-R write-ups for my SSBC, only if they are similar obviously but I wouldn't know.

Also, what's the difference between SS and DS setups in terms of parts, just the black solenoid box?, in that case can I just replace mine with a dual solenoid box to upgrade to a Spec R.
