Apexi N1 ExTi 4in exhaust

Just got my CYM back from Rotary Inspired Performance. I had Brad fab a 4 inch piping from the DP back to the Apexi Titanium exhaust. Wow, in my opinion, it sounds really great A deeper tone and not raspy. I'm super happy with it. Next project will be to single it and finish off the exhaust with a 4 in downpipe

So just a straight 4" no resonator midpipe or cat? Video!

Looks pretty good but I think 4" straight is overkill.

Right now 4 in from down pipe back(DP is 3 in for now). No resonator, no high flow cat. I'll try to get a vid of it this weekend. Overkill...no such thing

Efini twins currently but I have a GT42R waiting to go on it. Hopefully start the build this fall after my bro and friend at Hyperspeed Motosports gets done with the Supras for the TI event in October. Here's a vid, taken from my iPhone, so not like super pro or anything...

Hold a few mins, had to upload vid to youtube, couldn't get it to embed from photobucket like pictures...

Until you go single, how are you going to control the boost creep? Or do you already have a ported wastegate?

The fab work looks nice, but I think the canister protrudes past the bumper quite far. Especially with the ExTi, the tip itself is adjustable...

Wastegate is slightly ported, currently using a Blitz DSBC to control boost. It does protrude a little further than I would like after looking at it. That's an easy fix later, when we do the build to 4 inch from the turbo back.

That's why I had the tip there, but I'm not sure still. Might change it during build, then might not....I dunno

It really isn't. It's a deeper sound. My 3in Blitz Nur Spec was way louder. Really one of the best RX-7 exhaust sounds. Maybe it's due to the Ti muffler...? I love the way it sounds But that's just my opinion.

Sounds really good, does it gets a lot louder when you get on it? I think the Titanium does change an exhaust tone a bit, I had a Titanium muffler on my MX-6 turbo back and it sounded different than any other boosted KL.

I can't wait to put on my Ganador Ti
