Ok I called HKSusa to ask them if I can get a replacment sticker, it turns out that the kit which pretty much everyone has which is carb legal has been discontinued. The sticker is no longer available. They told me that best case scenario is to print out the carb EO, which was issued to the intake and keep that with the car. I know from past experience that that doesn't do ****, cops want to see the sticker or stamp applied to the intake itself. In one case a friend had a honda civic with a carb legal header, complete with the instructions, reciept, etc. They would not smog the car with the header because it didn't have an attached plaque like the newer versions.
If anyone can provide me with one or the stickers, or a digital image of the sticker with dimentions, I will have my wife (graphic designer) re-create them in a way that they cannot be distinguished from the original. I will then sell them at cost to anyone who needs one.

man they're serious in CA eh, here in michigan the more oil it burns leaving a stoplight and the more wooden the bumper on your hicktruck the more likely you are to get registered next year lol

I really don't think you should sell these though...Just get your smog check and be done with it. They don't call em CARB ****'s for nothing....

For AEM, a friend of mine had to go to a sponsored AEM dealer and prove to them that he had a legitimate AEM intake for them to give him a sticker.
I heard if you add two of them together, it reduces hydrocarbons by an additional 50%....thus the logic goes that if you have above 25 of them on your intake, you can totally remove the cat and meet emissions. Yep, I think that was mentioned on the CARB website somewhere....
FYI, the sticker is 3" x 1.75". It is not shiny metallic like the picture shows. That is an effect of the plastic baggy that it is in. I would call it flat silver.
