it sprays the intercooler with c02. "freezes the metal, lowers temps. i had it on my subaru, saw no benefit of it and sold it. might work better on a fmic setup

Personally I wouldn't do it, I would be afraid of the co2 getting sucked in the intake and then cause the car to lean out. Why not just use water injection?

The intercooler sprayer is just one component of their system. There are air intake cooling tubes and, most importantly according to CRY02, the fuel chiller bar.

You do need an isolated air intake or you will be spraying CO2 into your engine.

Co2 will not lean you engine out, it does the complete opposite, the Co2 displaces the O2 thus you will have more fuel to less o2, so that equals a Rich mixture

If you're going to all the trouble to carry a heavy tank and run lines and actuators, might as well be putting nitrous in.

Really, you can get MUCH better advantages for similar price/work with alcohol injection or water.

CryO2 is a kinda neat idea, but IMHO it's mainly for low-power NA cars looking for an extra few horse, and they've ran out of mods.

CRYO2 makes some claims to pretty substantial hp gains on turbo charged cars. That said, I am a natural skeptic. To the best of my knowledge, no one has proven
or disproven the efficacy on a turbo rotary. I'm talking about the full blown system not just the IC sprayer. Until someone posts results, one way or the other, can you really conclude how it stacks up against water/meth injection?
