Anyoen Own AMazdaspeed Downpipe

Anyone here own a real mazdaspeed down/front pipe? like dislike fitment etc. and i know the 99's changed turbo's... wondering if that downpipe fits our pre 99's stock twins. I'd really prefer this downpipe over my Topspeed D/P (don't ask me why hehe.)

Go for it.

An issue with japanese market downpipes such as mazdaspeed is that they are flatted out (look at photos of HKS DP) a few inches aft of turbo to make room for RHD steering box.

'99 bolt up pattern is the same. Why pay japanese labor cost and shipping for a low tech thing like a DP. Just pick a US made unit that was quality made without smipping on flange material and welds.

oen of them things in my head i'd prefer to have. didn't knwo that was the reason why they flattened it. hrmmm... my top speed is japanese. so i ain't worried about that. hasn't warped on the flange or anything... just a preference thing. =-)

Their can be no flow benefit from flattening it out and then back to round; only because it must be flattened design it to make to best of the situation.
