i work in the web business, and can give you a few hints... if they don't remove them immediately as per your request then they are insane. call, don't email, their ISP... this is the company information for that website:

GTP International Inc.
GTP International Inc.
396 S Lemon Ave.
Walnut , CA 91789
US
909-468-9600
Fax- 909-468-9409

importfan@IMPORTFAN.COM

...your lawyer would probably like this information.

also, their ISP/host is:

Rackspace, LTD
Rackspace, LTD Rackspace, LTD
112 East Pecan, Suite 600
San Antonio, TX 78205
US
Phone: 210-892-4000
Fax..: 210-892-4329
Email: hostmaster@CYMITAR.NET

...i'd complain to their abuse department if the pics aren't taken down immediately, they should shut the entire site down temporarily if they get a call from a lawyer i'd think. hope this helps, and sorry... plagarism is becoming more and more prevalent on the web these days, sad to say..

I'm no legal expert, but I believe if a picture of you (or your car) is taken in public, then the photographer is the legal owner of that image and can do whatever he wants with it. So, if VIS did take the pic then they can keep it up, if they stole it off of another website then you can force them to take it down. You might be able to get them from the false advertizing standpoint though, since your car is real KS.

Then explain to me why it's against the law to snap 35mm bikini pics at the beach or pool without the subjects permission?

Actually I just talked to my friends at MotoRex and they are gonna try to help me.

But there is some BS law that states that since they took the picture then the image is their property. The only thing I can get them on is false advertising or something. Bacically that they are misrepresenting the kit and my vehicle.
